How long will my order take?
Between 3 and 7 business days from the day you place it. When it ships, we email you the tracking number.
How much is shipping?
Spain: €6.99, free on orders over €55. Rest of the European Union: €8.99.
Where do you ship?
To Spain and the other 26 countries of the European Union.
Returns
Can I return a product?
Yes. You have 14 calendar days from delivery to withdraw from your purchase, no reason needed. Returns are free. Start from Withdraw from an order.
When will I get my refund?
No later than 14 days after you tell us you're withdrawing. We may wait until we receive the product, or until you send us proof of shipping, before refunding. We refund the price of the product and the original shipping, using the same payment method you used.
What if my order arrives damaged or isn't what I ordered?
Email us at info@houned.com with your order number and a photo. We'll replace it or refund you, at no cost to you. All products also come with the 3-year legal guarantee.
