We deliver orders in 3 to 7 business days from the day they are placed. When your order ships, we email you the tracking number.
Destinations and prices
We ship to Spain and the other 26 countries of the European Union.
- Spain: €6.99. Free on orders over €55.
- Rest of the European Union: €8.99.
All prices include VAT. The shipping cost is always shown before you pay.
Delays, damage or missing items
If your order is delayed, arrives damaged or something is missing, email us at info@houned.com with your order number and, if you can, a photo. We'll replace it or refund you, at no cost to you.
Delivery address
Check your address before paying. If you spot a mistake, email us as soon as possible: if the order hasn't shipped yet, we'll correct it.
