Right of withdrawal
You have 14 calendar days to withdraw from your purchase without giving any reason. The period starts on the day you receive the product or, if your order arrives in several deliveries, on the day you receive the last one.
How to withdraw
Let us know from the Withdraw from an order page or by emailing info@houned.com. You can use the model withdrawal form below, but it isn't mandatory. We'll confirm by email that we've received your request.
Free returns
Return shipping is on us. Once we receive your request, we send you the instructions to return the product. You have 14 calendar days from the day you tell us you're withdrawing to send it back.
Refund
We refund the price of the product and the original shipping (except any extra cost if you chose a delivery method more expensive than standard) no later than 14 calendar days from the day you tell us you're withdrawing. We use the same payment method you used, at no cost to you. We may wait until we receive the product, or until you send us proof of having shipped it, before refunding.
Condition of the product
You can examine the product as you would in a physical shop. You are only liable for any loss in value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish its nature, characteristics and functioning.
Faulty products and guarantee
All products come with the 3-year legal guarantee of conformity. If a product arrives damaged or stops working, email us at info@houned.com with your order number and a photo: we'll repair it, replace it or refund you, as appropriate, at no cost to you.
